5 signs that tell readers you used AI

Readers need no tool. Two sentences are enough.

1. Stock sign-offs: «Hope this helps», «Don't hesitate to reach out».

2. Over-politeness with people you know: a message to a colleague that reads like a letter to a client.

3. No real details: no project name, no number, no date.

4. Wrong forms of address for the relationship.

5. Wrong length: a Zalo message as long as an email.

Fastest fix: paste 2–3 messages you wrote, ask AI to copy that voice, then add one detail only you know.
