Refund policy

7-day refund
If the pass is not useful to you, email us within 7 days of purchase. We refund the full amount, no questions asked.
How to ask
Email the contact address at the bottom of the page with the email you paid with. Refunds go back through Dodo Payments to the method you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund
Reading-room access for that pass is removed. If a payment is disputed with the bank (chargeback) and returned to you, access is removed as well.
