What we keep

Your email (to sign in and to send the free edition), your email preference, and order details (payment ID, product, amount) to unlock your books. No card numbers. To prevent abuse, each sign-in email request is logged with a one-way hashed IP address; these logs delete themselves after 2 days.

AI level test and free ebook

When you take the AI level test we keep your answers, score, level, the details you pick (job, years of work, goal, city) and where you came from (e.g. a shared link). Your name and phone/Zalo number are kept only if you enter them and tick the consent box. Purpose: sending your result, explanations, learning content and course news via Zalo/phone, and building advertising audiences (e.g. on Facebook, TikTok, Zalo) of people who showed interest.

Processors

Dodo Payments (payments, invoices, tax), Cloudflare (website hosting and database), Resend (email delivery). When enabled: Meta (Facebook Pixel) and TikTok (TikTok Pixel) for measurement and advertising.

How long we keep it

Email and orders are kept while you have access and as accounting and tax rules require. Test results and phone numbers are kept for up to 24 months or until you ask us to delete them. Orders may need to be kept by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent (stop Zalo/phone messages), at any time through the contact email. We handle data under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023 on personal data protection.

Email

We send sign-in emails when you ask for them. Series emails go only to people who ticked the box, and every one has an unsubscribe link. Receipts are sent by Dodo Payments.

Cookies and measurement

One sign-in cookie (ua_session). When enabled, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel may set cookies to measure views, test runs, sign-ups and shares, and to show ads to people who visited. You can block them in your browser settings, with an ad blocker, or in your Facebook/TikTok ad settings. Reading progress and saved prompts stay in your browser only.
